Camel White Portion Snus Review
Posted by James in Snus reviewsToday I will be reviewing another great tobacco flavored Snus, Camel White. Camel White Portion Snus is made by JTI Sweden AB, and should not be confused with the American Camel lineup which consists of Camel robust, Camel Frost, and Camel Original from the R.J.R Reynolds tobacco company.
Taste:
Being a white portioned Snus, Camel Snus takes a little longer for the flavor to become fully apparent. The first thing that you notice when you place the portion in is the dominant tobacco taste, which is quite similar to Lucky Strike White. While the portion is in, I do not taste any other flavors besides tobacco. Being a Swedish Snus, expect this form of Camel Snus to be stronger tasting than its American counterpart (American Camel Snus tends to be much sweeter tasting). The nicotine level in Camel Snus is an average one of 8mg/portion, and Camel Snus gives me a nice amount of nicotine while I have it in.

Portion Design
The Camel Snus portion is very similar to that of other forms of Snus, and the Material it is made out of reminds me of Catch Eucalyptus and Lucky Strike Whites. It is a little rough, but is comfortable in my mouth for around an hour before I generally take it out. I did not find that the portion dripped very much, which was a good thing.
Conclusion
Overall this Snus by Camel is a solid tobacco tasting Snus, yet it doesn’t have anything that makes it stand out from the crowd. The taste is good if you like tobacco dominant tasting Snus, and the portion design is of standard quality. I don’t think I will be buying this Snus again, but it was nice to enjoy it this time. One thing I really liked was the design of Camel’s Snus can. It is clean and professional looking, and I especially like the design of the top where you place your finished portions.
