Knox White Portion Review

For the past few days, I have been snusing Knox White. Knox is a discount Snus manufactured by Skruf Snus AB, the makers of the popular Skruf lineup of Snus. It is marketed as a high quality Snus at an affordable price.

Taste

Immediately after I put the portion in, I noticed that Knox has quite a mild and pleasant tobacco flavor. After about five minutes with the portion in, I began to taste a light citrus flavorwith a hint of bergamot in it. The flavor is tasty and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I find that the citrus taste is quite mild, and complements the tobacco flavor. Knox White reminds me a lot of General Portion Snus, just a little bit more mild. The nicotine content of Knox White Snus is 8mg per portion, so it is standard strength in terms of nicotine content.

I find the portions of Knox White to be very well made. They fit comfortably in my upper lip, and are made of a soft material (unlike the material used in Skruf Stark and Cranberry). I can leave the portion in for around an hour before it begins to get a little too wet for my tastes, but I’m sure you can leave the portions in for longer if you don’t mind it being a little wet. Drip is not an issue with Knox, which is very nice.

Conclusion

Overall, Knox White is an excellent Snus. It is mild flavored, and reminds me of General Portions. The low price of Knox also makes it very affordable, which is a big plus.
