Nick & Johnny Crushed Ice Review

Having enjoyed Nick & Johnny Black snus a great deal, I was eager to try another variant of the Nick & Johnny lineup. Manufactured by Swedish Match, Nick & Johnny Crushed Ice is billed as being an “xtra strong” mint snus, packing 15mg of nicotine per portion of snus.

Upon putting a portion in my mouth, I immediately noticed a strong, sweet taste combined with a fresh mint. I found the sweetness to be a little too much for my tastes, but some of my friends who smoke really enjoyed it when I had them try some. My N&J Crushed Ice portions were regular portion snus, and I felt a good buzz just a few minutes after putting a portion in. Portions fit comfortably in my mouth, however I do prefer the thinner design of brands such as General Long.

In conclusion, this snus is quite sweet and packs a punch. In Quebec City near Montreal there is an extreme sport known as “Crashed Ice“, and whenever I see this brand of snus, It reminds me of cold ice and an intense rush! The can is also nicely designed, and I like the choice of font on the lid of the can. Its gritty and cool looking!
