Skruf Cranberry Review

I am a big fan of Skruf Original and Skruf Stark, so naturally I had to give the cranberry flavored variety a try. Skruf Cranberry is manufactured by Skruf AB, and the Skruf lineup is a popular and well-liked variety of Snus.
Taste:
Skruf Cranberry Snus comes as an original portion, and therefore starts out moist in the lip. As a result, the flavor of this Snus becomes apparent relatively fast. Upon putting a portion in, Skruf Cranberry has a noticeable (and slightly bitter) taste of unflavored cranberries. After about twenty minutes, the flavor begins to pick up hints of tobacco, and it mixes well with the cranberry. Like Skruf Original and Stark, Skruf Cranberry gives me a slight burning sensation when it is in, which is also one of the reasons why I enjoy the Skruf lineup! Skruf Cranberry has a slightly higher nicotine content than regular Snus, with 9mg of nicotine per portion. This makes sense, because I always get more of a nicotine buzz from Skruf Cranberry than I do from my daily rotation Snus brands.

Portion:
Skruf Cranberry comes as a regular portion, and the material used to make it appears to be the same as the other Skruf varieties. The portion lasts me for about an hour before it starts to become a little too bitter and overly juicy for my tastes. One thing that I didn’t like is the fact that the portion is a little fat which makes it more noticeable in my mouth, so I generally tend to use Skruf Cranberry when I’m at home or driving, and not while in public.
Conclusion:
Although Skruf Cranberry may not be my favorite brand of flavored Snus, it is definitely a solid offering from Skruf. For those of you who enjoy the flavor of Cranberry mixed with a hint of Skruf original, then I recommend you give this Snus a try!

Nice review! Been thinking of trying Skruf Cranberry, probably gonna pick up a can or two next time I buy snus. Too bad to hear about the size of the portion though, will probably keep using my General White Portion while at work, they are virtually undetectable
